We collect the details you provide when you create an account, place an order, or contact us — your name, email, delivery address, and order history. We do not store card details on our servers; payments are handled by our payment provider.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide support, manage your account, and — only with your consent — send you occasional product news. We never sell your personal information.

Data security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text. We use encryption in transit and restrict access to personal data to what's necessary to run the store.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Contact us and we'll action your request in accordance with POPIA.
