Returns & refunds

You may return any iPhone within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it's in original condition — undamaged, with all accessories and packaging included.

This is in addition to your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.

Contact us with your order number (from your confirmation email or account) and the reason for the return. We'll arrange a free collection and send you a returns reference.

Once we receive and inspect the returned device, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Every iPhone comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your device develops a fault, contact us and we'll guide you through a repair or replacement — you won't be out of pocket for covered issues.
