What the warranty covers
Your 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware faults that arise under normal use — the screen, battery, cameras, buttons, speakers, and internal components. If a covered fault appears, we arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
What it doesn't cover
Accidental damage (drops, liquid), cosmetic wear, and issues caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications fall outside the standard warranty. Where possible we'll still help you find an affordable fix.
How to make a claim
Contact us with your order number and a short description (a photo or video helps). We'll confirm the fault, send you a reference, and arrange a free collection. Most claims are assessed within a few business days.
Your rights come first
This warranty is in addition to — never a replacement for — your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act. You're always covered by the stronger of the two.
